Primary Care Paramedics is part of  and builds on experience gained by key staff in successfully delivering GP home visiting services using paramedics and other allied healthcare professionals for Primary Care Networks, GP Alliances and Integrated Care Networks. The aim of the service is to reduce hospital admissions, ambulance calls and ED self-referrals. We now deliver services across three CCG delivering several thousand home visits per year.
