As an integrated mental health, learning disability and community Trust, Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust provides a range of services including:
•   Primary and secondary mental health care for children and adults including specialist inpatient child and adolescent mental health provision, perinatal mental health, forensic services including low and medium secure care.
•   Specialist community support for children and adults with learning disabilities and autism, including intensive support.
•   Community physical health and well-being services for children and adults.
The Trust was first established in 2002 and employs approximately 7,000 staff who provide care from more than 400 sites. 9 months fixed term opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Pennine Network Leadership Team as Business Operations Support Manager (Band 8a, 9 Months Fixed Term). We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and dynamic individual to join this fast paced network to support the Senior Leadership team with a diverse range of business related duties.Â
The Business Manager’s role is to support the Pennine Network Leadership team by performing a variety and range of duties. These include managing administrative staff across the network, support teams to ensure that safety, quality and performance targets are delivered, develop business cases in collaboration with the teams to improve our services, report writing and attending meetings where you will provide written or verbal communication on behalf of the network.  The post holder will be required to interact with all levels within the organisation and work with colleagues external to the Trust on agreed projects.
