ÌýJoin ESNEFT as a Capital Development Administrator and be at the heart of delivering cutting-edge capital projects across our hospitals and community sites.

In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you will provide key administrative and PA support to the Capital Design team, helping to shape the future of healthcare facilities.

Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd

  • Provide administrative support to the Capital Design team and Assistant Director.
  • Manage documents, maintain filing systems, and track project progress.
  • Schedule meetings, take minutes, and prepare agendas.
  • Handle financial systems and procurement, including raising purchase orders and managing budgets.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams

Experience

  • Proven experience in a busy administrative role, pref-erably within a large organisation
  • Supporting project teams, project managers and/or senior management
  • Experience of managing and maintaining documenta-tion and records.
  • Attending meeting and formal minute taking.
  • Using Microsoft Office suite including Word, excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Experience of communicating with a range of people internal and external to the organisation

  • Experience of working within in the NHS
  • Experience working within a construction related industry

Qualifications

  • GCSE grade 5/C or equivalent in English and Maths
  • NVQ level 2 in administration/secretarial or equivalent

Knowledge

  • Strong administrative and organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and ver-bal, with the ability to interact effectively with senior managers
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Microsoft Office suite including Word, excel, Power-Point and Outlook
  • Finance systems
  • GDPR and Data Protection
  • Proficient in data entry and management
