Job overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented manager to lead our cancer services team in providing high quality data collection and patient pathway tracking services to support our cancer multi-disciplinary teams.

Main duties of the job

You will have direct operational and management responsibility for all the administrative staff within the team. You will be expected to identify & implement new and improved ways of working to support the key operational and strategic objectives for cancer services. You will be expected to produce information to support the monitoring of quality indicators and the achievement of key Health Board objectives.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities

You will be expected to work closely with colleagues both clinical and non-clinical from departments across the Health Board to promote joint approaches to solving issues.

You should be educated to degree level or have relevant equivalent experience and have previous management experience and knowledge of cancer services.
