Job overview
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and creative Physiotherapist to work as part of the multidisciplinary team within the Chronic Fatigue Service. The post holder will be supported by colleagues within the Pain Service, Psychologists and colleagues within the Community Complex Conditions Service.
The post-holder will be based at Deeside Hospital and will be expected to carry a clinical caseload.
Training is supported and there are career progression opportunities within the heath board.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will hold a clinical case load, performing advanced clinical assessment of patients including those with highly complex presentations and from this formulating a diagnosis and treatment plan carried out as an autonomous practitioner. Will have acquired specialist knowledge within clinical work area.
You will be supported by colleagues within the Pain service and the Community Complex Conditions Service.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
