We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive team secretary to join the MH & LD admin team at Ty Llywelyn to support the management and admin team across an array of administrative duties. The candidate will be enthusiastic and highly motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
听

Main duties of the job
The role will be to provide a comprehensive range of secretarial and administration duties to the Forensic Services, administrative and management teams. To work independently and be accountable for organising/prioritising own workload to ensure deadlines are achieved.
This position requires someone who is a team player, flexible, organised and is able to work well under pressure with the ability to use various data systems accurately.
You will work closely with administration team members and team Secretaries and provide cover when necessary.听
This position also requires excellent communication skills, the ability to meet the demands of working in a busy environment and is able to represent the department with due professionalism.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Essential criteria
- NVQ Business Administration L3 or equivalent experience
- RSA /OCR level 2 or equivalent experience (must be a proficient user of Microsoft word)
- GCSE/O Level Maths & English Grade C or above
- IT qualification or equivalent experience
Desirable criteria
- NHS continuous employment
- Welsh Speaking
Experience
Essential criteria
- Knowledge of a range of administrative processes
- Experience of working in a busy office environment
