- Minute taking
- Organising meetings for the relevant teams
- Pulling data for reports
- Any other administrative skills needed within these teams
- Confidence in usingÌýExcel, Power Point and Word
- Proof reading reports for grammar

Provide administrative and secretarial support using appropriate software packages and management systems within set timescales and to a high standard of accuracy and presentation.

- Minimum 4 GCSE’s including English or equivalent
Experience

- Experience of using a wide range of IT software packages

- NHS experience

- Excellent attention to detail
- Competent word processing skills
