An exciting opportunity is being offered to cover an approx 1 year Maternity leave secondment as the Matron in Friston Urology/ ENT ward.Ìý
The ward is aÌý 28 bedded gateway area for emergency Urology/ ENT and Ophthalmology in patients. In addition there are 2 direct streaming clinic rooms where Urology and ENT emergency patients are supported .Ìý
Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd
Candidates should have excellent leadership skills and an understanding of the complexities of managing a large workforce. The post holder will be responsible for the effective clinical and operational management of the ward and will support both the Hailsham Matron/ Head of Nursing to drive the strategic direction of the service , ensuring a high quality service is delivered . Understanding of budget, risk management andÌý management of workforce is essential.Ìý
