The Legal Services Administrator will be a point of contact for staff and external parties and coordinateÌý onward communication on behalf of the Trust Legal team

TheÌý main purpose of the role is to provide the administrative function for the team including inputting data,Ìý support with the management and updates on the data systems used and inquest and litigation preparation as required as well as preparing documents for disclosure in respect of inquests and clinical negligence cases.

Main duties of the job

  • To be a point of contact for staff and external parties and coordinating onward communication on behalf of the Trust Legal team.
  • To provide the administrative function for the team including inputting data, support with the management and updates on the data systems used and inquest and litigation preparation as required.
  • To ensure excellent communication within the Legal services department and wider Trust.
