You will be IT literate, able to meet deadlines and also have an attention to detail. Knowledge of ERS, Allscripts or similar would be highly desirable but this is not essential, as training will be provided.

You must be methodical and organised in your approach and thrive on the opportunity to make a genuine difference. You should be confident, self-motivated and be able to demonstrate good communication and organisational skills, along with a flexible approach to duties.Ìý

  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent

  • GCSE in English
  • Recognised IT qualification
  • NVQ Level 3

Experience

  • Experience in a comparable post.
  • Experience of identifying problems, recommending and implementing solutions/change.
  • Data quality

  • Experience in multidisciplinary working
  • Knowledge of NHS Patient Access strategy
  • Knowledge of national initiatives associated with waiting times.
  • Knowledge of PAS system
  • Knowledge of patient pathway flows.
