ICT Build, Deployment and Disposal Engineer - Band 4 - Fixed Term/Secondment 10 months- 37.5 hoursÌý

The post-holder will support the build, deployment, audit and disposal of ICT endpoint devices and other hardwareÌý across the entire Tameside and Glossop Health and Social Care Integrated Care Organisation (ICO) during core hours of 07:30 a.m. to 18:00

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be expected to have strong, demonstrable technical skills in a range of areas and experience of working with enterprise level solutions. In addition, you will have excellent communication and organisation skills, aligned to the audience, and will provide a systematic and modern approach to the use of information and its associated technology, thereby ensuring that the ICO gains maximum benefit from its use.

To provide effective and efficient ICT endpoint management and technical advice on desktop, laptop and peripheral devices technologies, and other endpoint systems within ICT services to the ICO.

To actively build, manage, deploy, dispose, troubleshoot and resolve ICT endpoint hardware and software technical issues quickly in order to minimise impact on end user device unavailability.

To work alongside ICT colleagues and other ICO / partner organisations as required.Ìý
