The service is based in Burnley and the vast majority of breast surgery is undertaken as a daycase.Ìý We have access to Blackburn Theatres and Critical care beds if needed for more complex or high risk patients. We have a good relationship with neighbouring Preston, Manchester and Leeds Plastics Tertiary units. There is a fortnightly oncoplastic MDT with attendance by a Plastic surgeon colleague.
