Due to the evolving needs of our service a new role has been created for a mobile administrator to cover the Children’s Therapy Service (CTS) Central and West Locality. You will support all three therapy teams of Children’s; Speech and Langauge Therapy, Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy. You will be based at Minerva Health Centre, Lowthorpe Road, Deepdale, Preston, PR16SB. ÌýYou will have free parking in close proximity of each site.
Our service provides vital care for children needing support. CTS plays pivotal role in a child’s development and well being. You will be the first point of contact for care givers and professionals who refer into the service.
With a demanding workload in a busy office environment your duties will include but not be limited to administration tasks including; booking appointments electronically, taking calls processing reports, liaising with the clinical teams, coordinate activities to ensure an efficient and confidential service is provided.Ìý

Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide a comprehensive administration and information service across the Children and Young People’s Network, coordinating their activities with other members of the Business Administration Team to ensure an efficient and confidential service is provided.
ÌýThe post holder will be aligned to a specific team and is required to work flexibly in response to the needs of the Networks administrative service providing cover to departments on various sites as directed by their administration line manager to ensure continuity of a quality service provision.

- Administrative qualification at NVQ Level 2/RSA 2 or equivalent experience
- ECDL or equivalent experience
- GCSE English Language and Mathematics A-C
