As an integrated mental health, learning disability and community Trust, Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust provides a range of services including:

An opportunity has arisen to join the specialist network as a Network Administrator to support the Specialist Network. ÌýThe Post Holder will provide a comprehensive administrative service to the Specialist Network.
ÌýThe Network Administrator will co-ordinate their activities with other members of the team to ensure an efficient and confidential service is provided to the wider Senior Leadership Team.Ìý

Education
Essential criteria
- NVQ Level 3 in Customer Care or Business Administration – or equivalent experience
- Demonstrable commitment to continuous personal development.
Desirable criteria
- Formal secretarial qualification
Knowledge
Essential criteria
- Awareness of issues in the Mental Health Network.
- Knowledge of a range of administrative procedures and practice.
Desirable criteria
- Interest in current issues particular to a Foundation Trust and the network
Experience
Essential criteria
- Previous experience as a Secretary/Administrator including diary management
- Previous experience of working in a fast moving, confidential, sensitive, pressurised deadline driven environment.
- Experience of supporting and minuting meetings.

The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2020 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
