This is an exciting time to be working at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation one of the biggest NHS Trusts in the UK, delivering care to more than 1.6 million people a year through our three main hospitals: Barnet, Chase Farm and Royal Free.
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Dietitian, eager to increase their clinical skills in acute medicine, health services for the elderly and surgery, to join our dynamic acute services therapy team at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust.
The posts will be integrated within multi-professional therapy teams to provide a dietetic service to a large range of inpatients, forming part of our Band 5 rotation program.
Main duties of the job
The successful applicants will have knowledge around nutrition support, including artificial nutrition support. They will thrive when working closely as part of a team and be ready to further develop their skills in service development, people management, quality improvement and audit.听 They will be involved in public health events and presentations, both to patients and other healthcare professionals.
In line with other professional groups, the dietetic team undertakes training of dietetic students for all placement types.听
