Essential criteria
- MB BS
Desirable criteria
- MRCS Part 1 & 2
- DOHNS
Knowledge
Essential criteria
- Basic knowledge of ENT conditions and emergency management
Desirable criteria
- Previous experience of managing ENT emergencies
Prior Experience
Essential criteria
- Completion of FY1 and FY2 year.
Desirable criteria
- Previous ENT experience and experience in other surgical specialities
Management/Audit Experience
Desirable criteria
- Previous participation in Audit Projects
Academic Achievements / Research/Publications
Essential criteria
- Research/Publications in ENT and related specialties
Personal Skills
Essential criteria
- Can communicate well in English
- Good interpersonal skills
