Main duties of the job
Meet and greet of all visitors to our Service.
Reception/waiting area to be kept tidy and information supplied up-to-date.
Assist with associated administrative tasks as required.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
Main responsibilities are to provide a welcoming service to those visiting our Service and to keep the reception/waiting area up-to-date, clean and a welcoming environment.
Printing, emails to others, franking of post as required on a daily basis.
Assist with stationery orders as and when required.
Assist with associated tasks to the role whilst maintaining an up-to-date reception area.
Assist with calls from service users and others when appropriate to do so.

Education/Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Office experience or equal demonstrative experience
- Educated to GCSE level in English and Maths
Desirable criteria
- Relevant level 2 qualification, such as NVQ or apprenticeship

Applicant requirements
The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2020 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
