A great opportunity for an enthusiastic forward thinking Team member to join the Catering Department at Bury Care Organisation (Fairfield General Hospital )ÌýÌý
This post is full time, 37.5 hours per week,Ìý Monday - Sunday and will includeÌý Bank holiday working on a rota basis which attract additionalÌý enhanced pay.
Being flexible to the needs of the service and previous experience of large scale catering would be an advantage.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will work as partÌý of a team producing high quality nutritious meals for staff, visitors and patients.
Compliance with food hygiene standards and regulations including HACCP monitoring system will form a large part of this role.
As part of the Catering Team you will play an important role in the production of a high quality professional service.

Essential criteria
- Experience in large production
- Must have proven experience in large production kitchen
- Must have knowledge in HACCP food management systems
Desirable criteria
- Customer facing experience
Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Good level of Education
- Good level of spoken English
- Level 2 Food Safety
- City & Guilds 706/1 706/2 or NVQ Level 3 equivalent
