An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Legal Services Department and we are looking for a motivated person to lead the administrative support to our in-house legal team at Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Main duties of the job
The role will provide a comprehensive, high quality and professional administrative service to the Legal Services department including acting as a first point of contact for all incoming post, telephone calls and enquiries, management of the department email inbox, new matter uploading, secretarial support and responsibility for processing of invoices.

The post holder will be responsible for the management of the administration processes and functions of the Legal Services office and delivery of high quality secretarial and administrative support across the Legal Services team.

Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Excellent standard of English language to GCSE/O Level or equivalent
- Diploma level qualification/equivalent
Experience
Desirable criteria
- Previous experience of operating an administrative or secretarial service
- Previous experience of working within a legal environment
Knowledge

- Computer literate with good knowledge/understanding and experience of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
