Job overview

This is an administrative role within the Durham 0-19(25)/Safeguarding聽 Admin Team. 聽Your duties will include providing efficient and effective confidential administrative support to the 0-19 (25)Growing Healthy Team / Safeguarding Team.

Main duties of the job

Working in conjunction with colleagues, service users and internal and external stakeholders. The post holder will work under indirect supervision and will directly contribute to the efficient running of the service

Qualifications

Essential criteria
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or relevant experience
  • Good standard of education, including English
  • ICT Qualification or working towards
Desirable criteria
  • SystmOne experience

Experience

Essential criteria
  • Experience of dealing with the Public/Customer service experience
  • Able to work independently, on own initiative and to deadlines
  • Highly computer literate with experience of working with a range of Microsoft Office packages (eg. Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Experience of working in a busy environment
Desirable criteria
  • Previous NHS administrative experience
