Notts Healthcare Trust is on the hunt for a full-time Recruitment Administrator to join our vibrant Recruitment Team. Based in Duncan MacMillan House, Mapperley. 听This role is 37.5 hours and offers a flexible work-life balance with a mix of remote working (once a training programme has been completed) and in-office work.

The Recruitment Team is part of the People & Culture Directorate and we link closely with colleagues in the Payroll Team, ESR Team, Temporary Staffing Team and Employee Relations.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for someone who can pick up new IT systems quickly and work in a busy environment where everyone works together.听 We are looking for a team player who:

  • Has excellent organisational & prioritisation skills
  • Can pay attention to detail and work accurately
  • Can work to deadlines & under pressure
  • Has excellent communication skills & a customer focussed approach

You will be required to provide varied administration support such as:

  • Preparing and issuing standard reference requests using the ESR system
  • Recording recruitment information on Trac Recruitment system
  • Dealing with post & payroll paperwork
  • Producing Honorary Contracts
  • Managing & maintaining filing systems
  • Recording & producing ID badges
  • Responding to general telephone & email enquiries

NVQ2 Business & Administration or working towards or equivalent practical experience.

Minimum OCR/RSA II typing/word processing or equivalent knowledge and experience

Experience of working in an office environment.

Good verbal / written communication skills
