Job overview

You will be providing business support to the Divisional Directorate team and be the Professional lead for all administrators within the BANES, Swindon and Wiltshire Division. You will also have some Trustwide responsibilities.

You will be a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual, able to work across multiple services, systems, commissioners and partners. You will need to be pro-active, creative and flexible in your approach to this role.

Main duties of the job

This role sits within the BANES, Swindon and Wiltshire Division to support the Divisional Directorate in the smooth operational management of the Division, including the provision of excellent administration functions throughout the Division.

As professional lead, the post holder will need to be experienced in managing administrative staff and ideally have experience of reviewing administrative structures whilst ensuring that the structures support the localities in their service delivery.Ìý

  • Educated to degree level or further training and experience which demonstrates equivalent level of attainment
Desirable criteria
  • NVQ L4 / L5

Experience and Knowledge

Essential criteria
  • Significant experience of working in a large and complex organisation
  • Experience of delivering projects against timescales
  • Highly flexible to support the changing needs of the organisation
  • Experience of Managing staff
  • Effective influencing with individuals at all levels
Desirable criteria
  • Experience of delivering training on a 1:1 / group basis
