The RUH bank-STAFFING SOLUTIONS is the primary supplier of all temporary Admin and Clerical staff to the RUH.

We are currently looking to recruit Administrative Staff at Band 3. Currently seeking staff for short or long term placements in various departments throughout the trust.

Main duties of the job

Qualifications and Training

Essential criteria
  • GCSEs or equivalent qualification or experience
Desirable criteria
  • ECDL or equivalent qualification

Knowledge and Experience

Essential criteria
  • Experience of using Microsoft Word and email
  • An understanding of patient confidentiality and the practices involved
Desirable criteria
  • Previous experience of working in an NHS environment
  • Previous knowledge and experience of using Millennium (hospital IT system)
