We have various full and part time posts available, including an 18.75 hour post in Cwmtawe post until June 2025 to cover maternity leave.

The successful applicant will provide professional, holistic nursing care and support to patients, carers and families within a variety of community settings, delivered with compassion, dignity and respect.

This post will require individuals that can deliver the highest quality care, ensuring evidence based/ best practice and has a commitment to continuous professional development.

Applicants to have excellent communication skills and have a flexible and adaptable approach to changing work patterns. Variety of shift patterns over a 7 day service.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidates will be required to function as a member of the multi-disciplinary team, to assess individual patient’s care needs and escalate concerns to the correct member of the team. Working as a lone worker responsible for carrying out the delegation of tasks, assessments and evaluations, and escalating concerns as appropriate.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
