Are you a dynamic and experienced nurse leader with a passion for delivering high quality care ?We are seeking Ìýa motivated, innovative nurse to join our team in our fast paced Surgical Assessment Unit and Ward.( SAU/SAW). We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual to lead , innovate and make a real difference to emergency patient pathways and patient care.

Main duties of the job

As Clinical Nurse manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operational running of the Surgical Assessment Unit , ensuring high standards of care are achieved and maintenance of emergency access and flow. You will lead a skilled team and foster collaboration across disciplines and drive service development initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities

Candidates should be able to demonstrate at interview a breadth of knowledge and experience with service redesign and Ìýinnovation. A sound knowledge of clinical governance processes and patient safety systems will be required as well as insight into emergency pathways and care delivery opportunities. Ìý
