We are looking for people to join our bank team as a Team AdministratorÌýCo-ordinator who will work alongside the team leader and team colleagues, assisting with the smooth running of the office base work and assist with supporting service delivery.

Main duties of the job
- Provide effective secretarial support including diary management, phone calls and typing correspondence to a good standard using Trust Templates in line with Trust guidelinesÌý
- To arrange, prepare the agenda and take minutes for team meetings and other meetings as directedÌý
- To lead on the administration for the recruitment of staff (i.e. sending interview letters and servicing panel)
- In conjunction with the manager organise and co-ordinate staff trainingÌý
- To complete monthly absence returns for sign off
- To maintain up to date staff details including emergency contactsÌý
- To provide and obtain reports and data as requiredÌý
- To operate and update any waiting lists within the teamÌý
- To maintain comprehensive paper and electronic filing systemsÌý
- to participate in a rota to cover duty system if required

Qualifications
Essential criteria
- NVQ 3 in Business & Administration or evidence of equivalent practical experience
- RSA 3 or equivalent experience and evidence of further practical experience
- Good standard of secondary education; GCSE at Grade C or above
Knowledge/Experience

- Significant experience of a range of secretarial procedures
- Significant experience of working as an administrator or secretary
- Experience of office and resource management
- Experience of supervising others
- Experience of producing documents to a high standard of presentation with good accuracy
