Job overview
The Pharmacy team are seeking a Band 3 Pharmacy Administrator to provide administrative and secretarial support to the Chief Pharmacist and to the Pharmacy Department by supporting with the day to day running of the Pharmacy office. The successful candidate will have an eye for detail and will enjoy working in a busy environment.
Main duties of the job
The main duties are providing administrative and secretarial support to the Pharmacy department which includes raising invoices, attending meetings and taking minutes, data entry and being PA to the Chief Pharmacist.

Qualifications
Essential criteria
- 鈥 RSA III or equivalent in typing or word-processing.
- 鈥 GCSE English and Maths or equivalent (min Grade C / Grade 4)
- 鈥 Comprehensive understanding and use of Microsoft Word and Excel and Outlook
Desirable criteria
- Previous experience of working in a healthcare setting
