This is a varied and interesting role that provides secretarial support / basic secretarial cover when required to assist the team in the Respiratory department . The role is busy and provides a good foundation for working in administration at Salisbury District Hospital.
Supporting admin teams across Medicine. Duties include audio typing clinical letters, scanning of documents, assisting with GP post distribution rota and monitoring email inbox.
Main duties of the job

To provide clerical assistance / basic secretarial cover when required to support teams to maintain service levels. To manage own workload with day-to-day supervision from secretaries and Respiratory Team Leader
