An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Trials Administrative Assistant, based in the Research Department, Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust.听
Our Trust is one of the best performing small acute Trusts in the country and supports a wide portfolio of research across numerous specialities.听
We are looking for someone with experience of hospital administration, to provide efficient and professional administrative support to the Research Delivery teams. Knowledge of clinical trials or research would be beneficial but not essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, with an ability to work efficiently and support staff to ensure NIHR portfolio studies are set up within deadlines and to achieve given NIHR targets.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be responsible for supporting听the research team in the day to day administration of complex clinical research from the National Institute of Health Research (NIHR) Portfolio in accordance with ICH Good Clinical Practice Guidelines for Research.
