Job overview

The opportunity has arisen to recruit an enthusiastic team member who is able to provide support for a range of Administrative duties within our Urology team. (Previous applicants need not apply)

The successful candidate will have听 experience of using Windows based PC applications. We are looking for a candidate to work within an existing team, and to have experience of working with the general public in an administrative role preferably within a Healthcare environment. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative support to the team. The post is for 37.5 hours worked over 5 days with part time hours considered.

Main duties of the job

To provide clerical support to the Urology Secretaries with duties including but not exclusive to:

  • Collecting and distributing post
  • Scanning of documents
  • Collecting and returning patient notes听
  • Audio typing
  • Secretarial and administrative cover during absence for leave or sickness.听
