An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Administrator to join the Transformation Team within East Suffolk and North East Essex NHS Foundation Trust (ESNEFT).

This pivotal role will support colleagues in delivering a diverse range of impactful projects, including the Making Time Matter programme, which drives continuous improvement across the Trust.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively to clinical, administrative, and corporate colleagues across the Trust, as well as external stakeholders..

This role is Fixed Term until the 1st December 2025 - Current ESNEFT Staff will be offered on a Secondment basis.Ìý

Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd

  • ÌýSupporting the delivery of transformation initiatives by maintaining project documentation such as PIDs, plans, and risk/issue logs, ensuring version control and quality standards are upheld.
  • Providing administrative support to the team, including:
    - Organising and facilitating meetings and workshops, taking minutes, producing action logs, and following up with action owners.
    - Drafting agendas, updating programme documentation, and ensuring compliance with deadlines.
    - Managing information systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date records, facilitating efficient access for the team.
  • Assisting with data collection, surveys, process mapping, and supporting the preparation of quarterly and annual reports.
  • Coordinating logistical tasks, such as tracking annual leave, scheduling PDRs, and ensuring compliance with mandatory training updates.
  • Acting as a first point of contact for enquiries, providing a professional and courteous service.

  • Working collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Advanced IT Systems including - Microsoft Office.
  • Experience of communicating with a range of people both within and external to the organisation.
  • Experience of dealing with non-routine administrative matters.
  • Experience in producing accurate and concise sets of minutes across varying complex programmes / areas of work

Qualifications
