Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd

What You’ll Do:

·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Develop high-quality bid response documentation including operational, financial, and commercial components.

·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Collaborate with subject matter experts to create solutions that meet service specifications and key performance indicators.

·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Ensure bid narratives include key themes and unique selling points.

·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Understand procurement policies/frameworks and support the development of self-assessment tools.

·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Create slide decks to support Board and sub-board committees.

·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Review and improve bid processes regularly, maintaining a library of stock answers and selection questionnaires.

·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Engage and coordinate workstreams and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality outputs.

·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Lead the development process for bids and proactive opportunities from initial advert to full submission and mobilisation.

·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Present opportunities to stream leads and executives with clear, understandable information.

·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Conduct lessons learned logs from large procurements to ensure process relevance and address issues.

·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Maintain the opportunity pipeline and update the Commercial Directorate.

·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Submit bids/business cases to meet commissioner deadlines.

·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Work with the Commercial Modelling team to ensure services are modeled as required and understand organizational risks and opportunities.

  • • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • • 5 years + of bid/service improvement/writing experience
  • • NHS / Healthcare market experience
  • • Awareness and understanding of commissioning processes and landscape
  • • Proficient in use of Microsoft applications
  • • Strong communicator
  • • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
  • • Excellent written English and presentation skills and experience of presenting compelling business cases to senior internal and external stakeholders
  • • Ability to clearly communicate the outputs of models to senior management, including the ability to develop presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
  • • Well-organised with good project management skills
  • • Ability to work credibly with senior managers and form strong personal relationships, both internally and externally
  • • Self starter, highly motivated and able to work independently
  • • Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative manner, including at senior management level
  • • Experience of prioritising and responding flexibly to frequent changing demands
